Position Summary: This position will provide support to the Federal Market team throughout the lead, opportunity, proposal, and project lifecycle (CRM, marketing, pre-contractual documents, contract administration assistance, closeout/archive, etc.). Provide contractual, financial, and administrative support to the Federal Market team. Pre-proposal, proposal, and project management related to task orders, contract capacity, proposals, closeout procedures, and CRM data entry, subconsultant agreements, and budget forecasting. Understand Federal target client's contractual and other requirements.

Immigration sponsorship or support (e.g. H1B, F-1 CPT/OPT/STEM OPT) is not available for this position, except for qualified candidates eligible for the TN visa classification.

Compensation for this position is $40.00 - $52.00 per hour, commensurate with experience, education and certifications. The provided range is a good faith estimate based on the requirements described within the job description. If so, the actual salary range may vary from the estimate provided.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:



  • Assist the Federal Market team in contract/project administration, which may include the following: preparation of pre-proposal and pre-contractual and contractual documents, price proposals, task proposals, and other project-related documentation for submission to clients (GSA MAS, OASIS+)
  • Continuously track and monitor multiple contracts/projects and budgets
  • Work closely with the Federal Market team to communicate the status of action items
  • Prepare and track subconsultant agreements and contract renewals
  • Update performance tracking/ROI spreadsheets
  • Utilize Power BI project reports for contract and task performance and budget tracking
  • Prepare lead, opportunity, forecasting, and contract capacity reports for target clients for submission to the Federal Market team
  • Management of Federal Market CRM data entry including maintenance and custom reporting for the marketing team, leadership, and Client Account Managers


Nonessential or Additional Functions and Responsibilities:



  • Create, edit and distribute conference/meeting notes
  • Organize and coordinate lunch-and-learn presentations
  • Conduct weekly tracking and reporting of win/loss, capacity, recompetes, client forecasts, etc. to the Federal Market team
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Required Experience

  • High School Diploma required
  • 10+ years of relevant experience required
  • Associate's degree or a four-year degree in Business Administration, Business Management or a related field is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint)
  • Proficient in CRM data entry and reporting
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and efficiency
  • Diligence and strong work ethic
  • Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to follow directions
  • Good team-player


Working Conditions

Work is performed within a general office environment. Work is generally sedentary in nature but may require occasional standing and walking. Lighting and temperature are adequate and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. within the office environment.
