The Wealth Client Specialists will assist Institutional Consultants in effectively implementing their client service delivery and retention plans. Proactively providing professional and responsive service to Institutional clients serviced by the Institutional Trust Department. Requires daily support of Consultants including but not limited to responding to client requests, contact management tracking, account maintenance, cash transactions, portfolio monitoring, gathering/tracking of client documentation, and timely follow up on internal/external client requests. Working as a critical partner with the Consultant and responsible for quality assurance and quality control functions consistent with first line of defense established policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 0 years of experience in Sales, or Customer Service, or Operations OR High School Diploma or GED and 4 years of experience in Sales, or Customer Service, or Operations Preferred: Institutional or retirement services experience The base pay for this position is generally between $31.50 - $41.85 per hour. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
