Position Summary Odyssey Systems is seeking a Program Control Analyst who will provide on-site project management/administrative support and coordination for our Aviation portfolio in Dayton, Ohio. Duties may include contract accounting and reporting, financial performance analysis, contract funding and expenditure analysis and reporting, contract billing review, and budget variance analysis with a primary focus on contract travel requirements. The successful candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. This is a hybrid position, requiring four (4) days per week on-site. Responsibilities Duties include, but are not limited to: Financial Planning & Analysis:
Apply financial and accounting principles for preparation and analysis of project financial and scheduling data and other contract or project business-related tasks.
Operations & Contract Execution:
Qualifications Citizenship: Must be a US citizen Minimum Required Qualifications Clearance: Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance Education: BS in Accounting, Finance, or Business Years of Experience: At least one (1) year of experience in a DoD financal planning and analysis, financial management, or cost analysis role. Preferred Qualifications Clearance: Active Clearance Education: BS in Accounting, Finance, or Business Years of experience: Two plus (2+) years of experience DoD financial planning and analysis, financial management, or cost analysis role Technical Skills
