Description Senior Developer, Analytics Build the data layer that drives how manufacturing decisions get made. At ProAmpac, we're evolving how data powers the business. What You'll Own You'll lead development of enterprise analytics focused on manufacturing, costing, and margin performance. Translation. You're building the systems that explain where money is made, where it's lost, and what to do about it. * Design and build manufacturing costing and margin analytics * Develop executive and operational reporting in Power BI that people actually use * Engineer scalable data solutions using Microsoft Fabric / Synapse, SQL, and Delta Lake * Build and maintain ETL pipelines across ERP and enterprise systems * Apply Python / PySpark to automate, scale, and optimize data workflows * Establish governed, repeatable data models aligned with financial controls * Partner directly with Finance, Cost Accounting, Operations, and Leadership to translate business problems into data solutions What Makes This Role Different * You're not just building dashboards. You're shaping enterprise data architecture * You'll work on high-visibility problems tied to revenue, cost, and operational performance * You'll help define how analytics is done going forward, not just maintain what exists * You'll operate in a change environment, where modernization is happening now, not someday What You Bring * 8+ years in analytics, data engineering, or BI development * Proven experience with manufacturing cost or financial analytics * Advanced skills in: * Power BI (DAX, modeling, performance tuning) * SQL (complex querying, optimization) * ETL design and development * Microsoft Fabric / Synapse * Python / PySpark * Strong understanding of data governance, controls, and scalable design * Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and translate ambiguity into structure Tech Stack Snapshot * Power BI * Microsoft Fabric / Synapse * SQL / Delta Lake * Python / PySpark * ERP-integrated data environments Compensation $145,000 - $175,000 ~ range based on experience Why This Role Matters In manufacturing, data isn't abstract.
