Job Summary

The Services Central Marketing team is responsible for driving awareness, education, and customer acquisition across a portfolio of service offerings through integrated marketing efforts. This growing team is seeking a Strategic Planning Specialist to support marketing strategy across payment-related services.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, media, creative strategy, analytics, and data to develop data-driven campaign strategies. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with excellent presentation skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.


Key Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in media planning and strategy (agency experience preferred)
  • Expertise in cross-channel planning supporting both performance and brand KPIs
  • Proven ability to leverage data and insights to build audience profiles and develop strategic marketing plans aligned with business objectives
  • Familiarity with traditional (OOH, TV) and digital media channels, including social platforms, and how they integrate within campaigns
  • Experience measuring campaign performance using testing and analytics frameworks, with the ability to translate findings into actionable insights
  • Proficiency with syndicated research tools (e.g., MRI/Simmons, comScore) and social listening platforms
  • Strong ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Experience in financial services or acquisition marketing is a plus

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated media strategies across Services marketing initiatives
  • Manage workflows between internal stakeholders and external media partners
  • Analyze media performance and provide clear insights, optimizations, and recommendations
  • Act as a strategic advisor to stakeholders, guiding budget allocation and media channel selection
  • Provide input on creative strategy, including messaging and branding alignment
  • Clearly communicate campaign strategies, results, and forward-looking recommendations

Education

  • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) required
