For TGCM Technician roles, the Technician Level is contingent upon technician qualification status. Total Gas & Chemical Management (TGCM) Operations group provides our semiconductor manufacturing customers with on site safe, reliable, and cost-effective management of the gases and chemicals needed on a daily basis in the production of electronics materials. This service requires operating and maintaining gas and chemical distribution equipment and systems 24/7 without issue or interruption.
Monitor and understand correct liquid bulk delivery procedures for each product on site Perform bulk gas and chemical trailer transfers Provide information for and initiate proper reporting procedures per on-site policies including, but not limited to: Quality Incident Reports, product acceptance, tank fill, inventory and material usage, bulk gas analysis, analyzer calibration, monitoring, safety parameters, and personnel requirements Collaborate in the identification and resolution of gas/chemical-related manufacturing problems. Act as Emergency Response Team member/guide Commission and start up specialty gas/chemical delivery equipment Ideally, you have successfully completed TGCM Tech 7 local OJT and qualification requirements Authorize and oversee safety protocols for hazardous work Foster the primary partnership with the customer during shifts Restart all high purity gas and/or chemical delivery equipment Participate in customer and Air Liquide programs including, but not limited to: Safety, Training, Operations, and Preventive Maintenance Mentor and support the growth of TGCM contractors and TGCM Tech 5 & 6 employees Develop and maintain applicable site-specific work instructions in alignment with the team Comply with all applicable HS&E Standards including, but not limited to: PPE, Forklift Operations, Lock Out/Tag Out Program, Confined Space Entry, etc. Complete assigned tasks with excellence per existing procedures Performs minor analytical procedures and/or sampling procedures Dedicated to the safety and well-being of all persons, and the general public surrounding facilities
Hazardous Waste Technician (at applicable operations locations):
Support the safe transfer of materials to the storage area by following established documentation and safety procedures. Contribute to emergency preparedness and safe material handling by following our shared safety protocols for spills and container preparation. Partner with the team on waste minimization initiatives and maintain a helpful understanding of applicable hazardous waste laws.

Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalentOR 5+ years of experience 4+ years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience Strong communication skills Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions Evidence of previous work in a successful team environment Knowledge of all proper reporting procedures per onsite operations policy, including product acceptance criteria, tank fill, inventory and material usage, monitoring, safety parameters and personnel requirements. Demonstrate ability to coordinate and supervise a group of technicians on a project Electro-mechanical aptitude Display aptitude for controlling an emergency situation and coordinating problem solving actions Able to understand and abide by stringent safety rules Demonstrate ability to train junior technicians
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift 60 lbs Ability to stand/walk up to 10 hours per day Ability to operate hydraulic foot pump (55 gallon drums - drums could be up to 500 lbs) Job requires constant bending to successfully complete shift tasks (validating information, checking systems, etc.) Ability to wear a respirator as part of required PPE for certain job tasks
