Industrial Electrician (Contract) - $32.26/hr | Warren, MI

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Electrician for a contract role in Warren, MI. This position supports manufacturing operations by performing electrical troubleshooting, equipment repair, and new installations in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair plant machinery, electrical systems, and automation equipment
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, ladder diagrams, and wiring layouts
• Perform wiring, conduit installation, panel building, and power distribution
• Support preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize uptime
• Diagnose issues using meters, diagnostic tools, and PLC systems
• Complete new equipment installations and continuous improvement projects
• Update prints, recommend spare parts, and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow all regulations

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Journeyman Electrician card or equivalent hands-on experience
• Strong background in electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and robotic systems
• Experience troubleshooting AC/DC circuits and industrial equipment
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Must be able to pass an electrician aptitude test
