16 Position Summary
Exempt position supporting the Office of the Chief Legal and Ethics Officer regarding legal compliance, administration, and operational activities. Performs tasks to support and assist with legal activities, manages bankruptcy, and manages record retention both hardcopy and electronic files. Tasks and Responsibilities

Working Environment
Work is performed both indoors and outdoors. Operating computer, manual dexterity, talking, hearing, and repetitive motion. Use of personal computing equipment, telephone, multi-functioning printer and calculator.
Ability to travel to and from meetings, training sessions or other business events. After hours work may be required. Physical Demands
Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
