YOUR IMPACT

We are seeking a seasoned and highly motivated Senior Financial Planner/Advisor to join our team, serving ultra-high net worth individuals, families, and family office clients. This role demands a unique blend of investment expertise, advanced tax knowledge, estate planning acumen, insurance proficiency, and exceptional interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to C-suite executives and multi-generational families, delivering comprehensive wealth management solutions while driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Client Advisory & Relationship Management



  • Advise C-suite clients and ultra high-net-worth families with a consultative, solutions-oriented approach
  • Build and deepen client relationships, identifying opportunities to grow and expand the business


Tax & Planning Coordination



  • Prepare and review complex individual tax returns (Form 1040)
  • Develop tax projections and coordinate estimated payments and tax efficient strategies
  • Partner closely with external CPAs, attorneys, and other advisors


Estate & Wealth Transfer Planning


  • Advise on estate planning strategies, including trusts and wealth transfer structures
  • Coordinate with estate attorneys to implement client plans
  • Guide clients on gifting strategies and long-term wealth preservation


Investment Management



  • Develop and manage customized investment portfolios aligned to client goals and risk tolerance
  • Incorporate tax-efficient investment strategies, including asset location and tax-loss harvesting
  • Monitor performance and adjust portfolios based on market and client changes


Who We're Looking For



  • Proven experience advising ultra high-net-worth clients or executives
  • Strong foundation in tax planning and estate planning
  • Exposure to wealth management and investment strategies
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts and deliver a high-touch client experience
  • CPA, CFP, or similar credentials preferred
