The Lawrenceville School announces an opening for a part time Technical Design & Fabrication teacher. We are seeking enthusiastic, energetic, collegial individuals who want to work with both adults and high school students in a collaborative and inclusive academic setting. The visual arts department provides a supportive environment for students to explore visual communication with curiosity, and expression. Student work enriches the visual culture of the School and prompts community engagement. The Lawrenceville School is on a trimester schedule. Classes meet 25 times per term, 2-3 days per week, including some Saturdays. Therefore, a possible schedule could be one week at M,W, F the next week T,TH (& some Saturdays) 8:30-3. Additional work may be available in running weekend fabrication and shop hours, building coverage and workshops for the faculty and student community. Essential Responsibilities
