Position Requirements
  • Education & Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
    • 4+ years of experience in a coordination, facilitation, or project management role, preferably within a technical or engineering environment
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously
    • Proficiency in scheduling tools and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, Outlook)
    • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to proactively identify and escalate issues
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Coordinate and schedule design review table meetings across several functional areas
    • Track and manage reviewer participation and timing
    • Assign priorities to issues and action items arising from reviews
    • Maintain accurate records of review outcomes and follow-up actions
    • Elevate unresolved or critical issues to appropriate leadership or decision-makers
    • Foster a collaborative and productive review environment
  • Other Requirements:
    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
    • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and project needs
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Develop and improve quality metrics to measure the Review Table deliverables.
    • Must be willing and able to work in a Team based environment.
    • Must be familiar with Creo, NX, Vis-Mock-Up and Teamcenter.
    • Ability to work overtime.
  • Basic understanding of drafting design is a plus.
    • Must be able to obtain a security clearance.
    • Must be familiar with Microsoft (Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Word, etc.)
  • Overtime Expectations: Expect to work heavy overtime, up to 7 days a week until program schedule is on track or foreseeable future.
