Why This Job
The Ferrous Scrap Buyer is responsible for marketing ferrous scrap within the region, positioning and procuring material for designated consumers, and optimizing supply lanes within the assigned territory. This role partners closely with the trading team, mills, recycling operations, and external suppliers to optimize scrap flows, quality, pricing, and freight while improving customer value and recycling margins.
