Sr Full Stack Engineer (Tampa, FL)

Location: Seffner, FL (5 days onsite)

We are seeking a Senior FullStack Software Engineer to design, build, and maintain businesscritical software applications that support complex operational workflows. This role is focused on developing reliable, scalable internal systems rather than consumerfacing marketing or simple ecommerce applications.

The ideal candidate has strong experience across the full stack, enjoys solving realworld business problems, and can translate complex operational requirements into maintainable, highquality software. You will work closely with crossfunctional stakeholders to modernize systems, introduce automation, and improve efficiency, accuracy, and decisionmaking.

• Design, develop, and maintain fullstack applications using JavaScript with modern frontend frameworks (Vue.js and/or React), and backend services using C# and .NET Core.
• Build and enhance business applications that support operational workflows, decisionmaking, and datadriven processes.
• Develop and maintain backend APIs, services, integrations, and core business logic.
• Create frontend user interfaces for complex workflows involving prioritization, approvals, exception handling, reporting, and data visualization.
• Work with relational databases, including data modeling, querying, performance optimization, and applicationlevel data access patterns.
• Integrate software solutions with internal systems, thirdparty platforms, and enterprise tools.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, operations, QA, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Translate complex business needs into scalable and maintainable technical designs.
• Participate in architecture and design discussions related to performance, security, scalability, and longterm maintainability.
• Review code and provide constructive feedback to improve overall engineering quality.
• Mentor junior and midlevel engineers through code reviews, pairing, and technical discussions.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation, including system diagrams, API documentation, and implementation notes.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform rootcause analysis, and implement longterm fixes.

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proven experience as a fullstack developer working across frontend and backend technologies.
• Strong experience with JavaScript and modern frontend frameworks such as Vue.js and/or React.
• Handson backend development experience using C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core.
• Experience building backend APIs, services, integrations, and datadriven application logic.
• Strong understanding of relational databases, including data modeling, SQL, performance tuning, and transactional systems.
• Experience developing internal business applications, enterprise software, or operational systems.
• Solid understanding of API design, authentication, authorization, validation, logging, and secure coding practices.
• Experience working with Gitbased workflows, pull requests, and code reviews.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum development environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical documentation.
• Ability to balance engineering quality with business priorities and delivery timelines.
• Demonstrated experience mentoring other developers and contributing to team growth.

Candidates should be highly comfortable with:
