This role is responsible for the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) and Workday Time Tracking (QGenda) to ensure alignment with Telecare's operational and clinical staffing models. The Specialist bridges the gap between HR, Finance, and IT, ensuring data integrity, regulatory compliance, and peak performance of the organization's software portfolio. Shifts Available: Full-Time | DAYS | Shifts: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Days: Monday - Friday Expected starting wage range is $88,090.33 - $108,823.48. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed.
