About the Role We are seeking a Customer Service Representative - Order Processing to support our customers and sales representatives. This is not a highvolume call center role. Instead, you'll handle custom orders and clientspecific questions, often collaborating with internal teams such as Engineering and Warehouse to ensure accuracy and timely resolution. New hires will begin as Order Processing Representatives, focusing on data entry and system navigation while learning NORD's products, processes, and systems. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys detailoriented work, learning technical products, and supporting customers in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities * Provide sales and customer support, including order entry, expediting, quoting, restocking, and troubleshooting * Process custom orders and manage customerspecific inquiries * Coordinate with Engineering, Warehouse, and Sales teams to resolve questions and issues * Accurately enter and maintain order information in internal systems * Use Outlook, Excel, and SAP to support daily operations * Assist with service issues and transactional addon requests * Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Required Qualifications * Strong analytical thinking and ability to learn technical product information * Positive attitude and strong work ethic * Typing speed of 45 WPM * Strong computer skills * Excellent attention to detail * High School Diploma or equivalent * Minimum 1 year of customer service or order entry experience Training & Career Development * Comprehensive 12week training program * Onsite training center and dedicated training staff * Paid skills training and crosstraining opportunities * Tuition and educational reimbursement * Online and inperson training seminars * Opportunities to travel and train at other U.S. locations * Bilingual trainer support Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Waunakee, WI. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.21 - $23.21/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
