Your Job

Koch is currently seeking a Strategic Partnerships Manager - Technology who possesses a passion for problem-solving, negotiation, and strategic development in a complex global setting. This role is strategically positioned to create long-term value for Koch Industries by collaborating with businesses in key areas such as supplier negotiations, contract development, intellectual property rights, and relationship management.

This position will be based at our offices in Wichita, KS.

Our Team

Our team serves the family of Koch companies. We are seen as an extension of the customer's own team, challenging them with decision-making processes. We take a framework-driven, rather than process-driven, approach emphasizing the importance of understanding the customer. This allows us to work across the C-suite and leverage our knowledge and experience effectively.

What You Will Do

  • Cultivate strong and trustworthy relationships with suppliers and customers, leveraging critical and economic thinking skills to accomplish goals and objectives
  • Develop negotiation strategies that generate both immediate and lasting value
  • Proactively and purposefully collaborate with subject matter experts and leaders throughout the Koch businesses

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Experience leading teams, projects, or contract management
  • Experience in negotiation or enterprise sales
  • Experience guiding decisions and securing alignment among key decision-makers
  • Able to work in the US without sponsorship

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Intellectual property and commercial licensing/contracting experience
  • Corporate strategy and development experience
  • Customer relationship management experience
  • Account management experience
  • Contract and technology knowledge
