Basic Qualifications

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related Science, Technology or Mathematics field. Also requires 5+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of job-related experience.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:: Department of Defense Secret security clearance is obtainable within a reasonable amount of time after hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

The Program Quality Engineer (Adv Quality Eng) is responsible for ensuring that products, processes, and deliverables meet established quality standards and customer requirements throughout the program lifecycle.

We encourage you to apply if you have any of these skills or experiences:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field plus 5+ years of relevant experience, or Master's degree plus 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience in a quality engineering role within a defense or aerospace environment
  • Familiarity with quality management systems and tools (FMEA, APQP, SPC)
  • Knowledge of applicable standards such as AS9100, ISO 9001, or MIL-SPEC
  • ASQ certifications (CQE, CQA) or experience with DoD programs and DCMA interface
What you'll experience:
  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining Quality Management Plans (QMPs) for assigned programs
  • Conducting audits, inspections, and reviews to ensure compliance with internal and customer requirements
  • Supporting root cause analysis and corrective action processes (RCCA/CAR)
  • Monitoring and reporting key quality metrics to program leadership
  • Interfacing with customers on quality-related matters and supporting customer audits
What you bring to the table:
  • Proven experience collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to identify and mitigate quality risks
  • Ability to review and approve technical documentation, test plans, and inspection records
  • Proficiency with quality management systems and tools including FMEA, APQP, and SPC
  • Hands-on experience ensuring compliance with AS9100, ISO 9001, and/or MIL-SPEC standards
  • Background working with DoD programs and interfacing with DCMA

Workplace Options:
This position is fully on-site...we are not offering a relocation package at this time.

Target salary range: USD $110,000.00/Yr. - USD $122,500.00/Yr. This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled.
