Position Details Employment Type: Direct Hire Schedule: Monday-Friday (hours may vary based on production needs) Salary: $160,000 - $175,000 (based on experience) Bonus: Performance-based, paid annually Benefits: Medical, Dental, Life Insurance, 401(k), and PTO Relocation: Available for qualified candidates Position Overview The Plant Manager will lead overall site operations, driving performance across safety, quality, delivery, and cost. This role is responsible for fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement while ensuring alignment with business objectives. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily plant operations and overall site performance Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all operational areas Manage operational budgets and support financial performance goals Lead production planning and ensure efficient resource allocation Develop, coach, and mentor leadership teams and staff Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer and business needs Communicate effectively with internal teams and leadership Qualifications Minimum of 10 years of experience in a Plant Manager or senior operations leadership role Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience Strong background in manufacturing environments Proven ability to lead teams and drive operational excellence Experience with continuous improvement methodologies and KPI management Click Apply Now to connect with our recruiting team.
