Position Details



  • Employment Type: Direct Hire
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday (hours may vary based on production needs)
  • Salary: $160,000 - $175,000 (based on experience)
  • Bonus: Performance-based, paid annually

Position Overview

The Plant Manager will lead overall site operations, driving performance across safety, quality, delivery, and cost. This role is responsible for fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities



  • Oversee daily plant operations and overall site performance
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all operational areas
  • Manage operational budgets and support financial performance goals
  • Lead production planning and ensure efficient resource allocation
  • Develop, coach, and mentor leadership teams and staff
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer and business needs
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and leadership


Qualifications



  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a Plant Manager or senior operations leadership role
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Strong background in manufacturing environments
  • Proven ability to lead teams and drive operational excellence
  • Experience with continuous improvement methodologies and KPI management
