Job Description Join Our Team as a Senior Human Resources Generalist EBAD is seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Simsbury, CT. Reporting to the HR Business Leader, this role is ideal for a strong HR professional who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment and is comfortable operating independently while supporting both employees and people leaders. This is a key role within our manufacturing environment, where you will help drive consistency, strengthen leadership capability, and contribute to a positive, high-performing culture. About the Role As a Senior HR Generalist, you will balance daily HR execution with involvement in broader initiatives that support engagement, retention, and performance. This role plays a dual focus - providing direct support to employees while also coaching people leaders to effectively manage their teams. You will independently manage a client group, serve as a trusted resource, and bring a practical, solutions-oriented approach to resolving issues, supporting development, and maintaining a positive employee experience. This role requires strong judgment, ownership, and the ability to influence without direct authority.
