Description
Acara Solutions is looking for a General/District Manager for one of our clients in Central Illinois. This person will be sitting out of there Decatur, IL or Peoria, IL office location.
Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, this position is charged with leading the quest for operational excellence, keeping our team safe and leading with values and results, as well as top and bottom-line results.
Pay Range: $110-$120K annually with a 40% bonus potential
Vehicle and Cell Phone will be provided
Travel Requirements: Up to 20%

Primary Responsibilities

* Responsible for the safety of your market

* Responsible for the culture of your market

* Responsible for the financial strength of your market

* Responsible for the day-to-day leadership of your market

* Responsible for P&L's, staffing, structure, setting divisional objectives and strategy as well as day-to-day operations.

* Support the corporate training and development initiative to grow our talent base in the Market.

* Partner with other General Managers, as well as other leaders to create excellent performance.

* Maintain a close business relationship with the VP

* Blend this operational focus with effective coaching and teaching skills.

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:

* 5+ years of leadership experience in a mobile or service industry.

* An individual should demonstrate analytical and technical skills.

* The individual will possess great problem solving and strategic thinking abilities, adaptability, initiative, innovation, dependability, interpersonal skills, visionary leadership, orientation to customer service, willingness to provide organizational support, and display attention to detail.

* The individual should possess oral and written communication skills.

* Strong project and change management skills, along with an orientation to teamwork, keen business acumen, and good cost consciousness are all required traits.

* Superior ability to manage people, including the ability to delegate and motivate subordinates, manage quality, meet productivity standards, and effectively plan and organize are important skills in this position.

* This individual must conduct him or herself with the utmost professionalism. He or she must also live the Wiese values and act ethically at all times.
