Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

Today, the global supply chain is plagued by manual, slow, and fragmented processes and data that force companies to rely heavily on email, spreadsheets and manual labor to manage complex, ever-shifting operational workflows. Agentforce for Supply Chain is reimagining the supply chain by empowering companies to collaborate and automate complex business processes on a single platform. As a Product Management Director for the Store, you will be vital in building out and managing a store of processes. These processes can be used by customers and drive both usage growth as well as tangible business value (e.g cost savings). We are seeking a customer-obsessed team member with experience delivering enterprise products, passion for solving big problems with creative solutions, and commitment to speed and quality.

As a Release Manager for Regrello, you will be the linchpin between development and operations. You will ensure that updates and new features are delivered efficiently and reliably, minimizing disruptions and maximizing the value derived from the Salesforce platform. This role is critical for coordinating changes, maintaining stability, and ensuring that every feature rollout-from weekly hotfixes to major quarterly releases-goes off without a hitch.

Responsibilities:

  • Release Quality Control: Ability to push back on releases that are not meeting quality standards and communicate clearly why.
  • Release Execution & Hotfixes: Own the execution and coordination of weekly hotfixes, serving as the primary lead for "pressing the button" to deploy critical updates and bug fixes.
  • Major Release Management: Own the end-to-end schedule and logistics for major feature releases, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and business-critical systems remain stable.
  • Infrastructure & Deployment: Manage and monitor deployments specifically within Hyperforce and Falcon environments, ensuring high standards for reliability and performance.
  • Environment Syncing: Manage multiple environments (development, testing, staging, and production) and ensure they stay in sync across the entire release pipeline.
  • Version Control & Collaboration: Maintain version control systems to track changes, manage code merges, and resolve conflicts among development teams to maintain codebase integrity.
  • Governance & Compliance: Enforce governance policies to ensure all deployments comply with organizational standards and identify opportunities for CI/CD process improvements.
  • Communication: Provide regular status updates to stakeholders, prepare comprehensive release notes, and ensure all deployment documentation is accurate and up to date.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Release Management, DevOps, or Software Engineering within enterprise B2B SaaS environments.
  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Hyperforce and Falcon deployment architectures.
  • Salesforce Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including its capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
  • DevOps Tooling: Proven experience with CI/CD tools, version control (e.g., Git), and automated deployment workflows.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage complex release cycles, coordinate with multiple teams, and meet tight deadlines under pressure.
  • Communication: Excellent spoken and written communication skills with the ability to present technical release status to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Operational Rigor: Rigor and consistency in managing release backlogs and executing delivery with a focus on quality and risk mitigation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with the Salesforce platform ecosystem (e.g., APIs, platform services).
  • Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder certifications.
  • Specialized certifications in Salesforce DevOps or CI/CD fundamentals.
  • Experience in technical project management leading broad initiatives beyond standard release cycles.
