Full Stack Engineer

Job Description:

We're seeking a skilled Fullstack Engineer to join our engineering team, focusing primarily on backend development (80%) with some frontend contributions (20%). You'll build scalable, high-performance applications that power our core services, collaborating closely with product and design teams to deliver robust solutions from database to user interface.

Must-Have Skills

• Hands-on experience in Java 17-21 (Spring Boot or similar frameworks preferred).
• Strong experience with React (or equivalent frontend frameworks).
• Expertise in MySQL and PostgreSQL, including query optimization and schema design.
• Solid understanding of backend concepts like APIs, authentication, and cloud services (AWS).
• Experience with version control (Git) and agile methodologies.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Angular for advanced frontend development.
• Node.js for lightweight backend services or fullstack prototyping.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java 17-21, including RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Optimize and manage databases with MySQL and PostgreSQL, ensuring data integrity, performance, and scalability.
• Build and integrate frontend components using React (or similar frameworks like Vue) for responsive UIs.
• Collaborate on system architecture, code reviews, and deployment using CI/CD pipelines.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing systems to support business growth.
• Write clean, testable code and contribute to technical documentation.
