In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that resonate with diverse user bases. You'll contribute to key projects by making broad contributions under the scope of a project with minimal assistance, developing innovative insights, and making a significant impact on the work of the team through quality, accuracy, timeliness, and volume of work. You will serve as a reference point on given tools, processes, and core offerings, possessing significant knowledge of overall strategy. You will also hold yourself and the team accountable for DEI development and outcomes, fostering a climate where everyone feels they belong.

**Key Responsibilities & Impact:**

* Over 5 years of developing innovative insights and thorough analyses for marketing leadership and cross-functional partners by scoping and conducting user research and analyzing market trends.

* Design and manage medium- to large-scale campaigns, assets, communications, and programs to meet user needs and achieve strategic objectives.

* Evaluate and optimize campaign performance, defining effective channels for user engagement, and contributing to integrated marketing efforts.

* Define research needs, and manage or guide user research initiatives with internal and external partners.

* Lead the framework development and rollout of strategies for marketing content across various channels.

* Define, identify, collect, and track appropriate business metrics, both quantitative and qualitative, for new or existing offerings.

* Validate market size and opportunity, leveraging comprehensive industry knowledge to identify market opportunities and collaborate with teams to build supporting rationales and visions.

* Understand target audiences, develop compelling positioning for offerings, and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans and messaging for new features.

* Develop user insights to help cross-functional teams and partners incorporate the user voice into development and marketing strategies, advocating for enhanced user experience.

* Craft brand positioning, value propositions, and messaging strategies using user insights, adapting communication to various narratives and brand frameworks.

* Create impactful marketing content, ensuring alignment with strategy, iterating designs with cross-functional teams, and collaborating with production for final publication.

* Act as an expert on specific offerings or features, providing input in the development process, conducting market analysis, and predicting industry trends.

* Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion by fostering psychological safety, encouraging inclusive decision-making, and actively mitigating biases to create a supportive and collaborative environment for all team members.
