Under the general direction of the Senior Director, Analytics and Decision Support, create, maintain, monitor
regularly scheduled financial
reports and custom financial analyses, using data from external partner (AOM) and disparate systems (EPIC,
Infor). Reports and analyses will be used regularly by department leadership to make decisions and to monitor
the health of the relationship. Must be able to understand the
needs of the leadership, then create executive summary reports as well as detailed analytics. Must be able to
explain and interpret the
information for the leadership team. Actively participate in the development of the annual budget for AOM/MMC.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors in Finance, Healthcare Management, or Accounting Required - Masters Preferred
• 3-5 years of experience Required
• Experience with Power BI and SQL Preferred
• Advanced Excel skills Preferred - Should be comfortable using pivot table, v-lookups, linking cells to other files and tabs, macros.
• Working knowledge of EPIC Preferred
• Working knowledge of Physician (Primary Care) practice (financial) management Preferred
• Knowledge of Outlook & MS Word Preferred.
• Experience working with large dataset Preferred
• Critical thinking skills and the ability to manage time to handle multiple projects Preferred.
