The Opportunity

The Senior Transformation Director will lead critical transformation projects to support JLL's enterprise strategy Accelerate 2030, reporting jointly to the Chief Transformation Officer and the Chief Research Officer/Head of Corporate Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Transformation Delivery

  • Own end-to-end delivery of high-priority transformation programmes aligned to Accelerate 2030, setting strategic direction and maintaining accountability for outcomes across complex, multi-stakeholder environments
  • Lead transformation efforts for the Deepen Client Relationships Imperative and JLL's global Research and Strategy functions, ensuring initiatives are sequenced, resourced, and governed effectively
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across business lines (Leasing Advisory, Capital Markets, REMS) and functions, resolving escalations and removing structural barriers to delivery

Stakeholder Engagement & Executive Communication

  • Serve as a trusted adviser to senior sponsors, providing clear program visibility, risk framing, and decision-ready recommendations
  • Lead change management and adoption planning, ensuring transformation initiatives land effectively across diverse geographies and business cultures
  • Oversee external consultant and vendor relationships in support of programme delivery

Performance, Governance & Continuous Improvement

  • Define and monitor programme KPIs, ROI metrics, and milestone achievement; provide executive-level reporting on business value delivery
  • Champion transformation office best practices, contributing to methodology development and capability building across the function

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or PMP / change management certification preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in transformation, strategy execution, or programme management, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale change in complex, global organizations
  • Demonstrated ability to operate at the senior leadership interface - advising executives, navigating organizational politics, and influencing without direct authority
  • Deep expertise in program governance and structured change management
  • Experience in professional services and working with large, matrixed organizations
  • Domain expertise within real estate and familiarity with JLL's business lines is preferred
  • Exceptional executive communication skills - written and verbal - with the ability to synthesize complexity and drive alignment across diverse, senior audiences
  • High degree of personal accountability, strategic judgement, and resilience; comfortable operating with ambiguity and leading through change

Estimated compensation for this position:

204,100.00 - 296,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
