The Senior IT Project Manager will play a pivotal role in leading strategic, high-impact IT initiatives that support Dorman Products' ambitious growth within the dynamic automotive industry. This senior-level position requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience managing enterprise-wide, cross-functional IT projects across diverse business domains and technology platforms. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence at all organizational levels, including executive leadership. This role demands a proactive leader capable of driving innovation, ensuring alignment with business goals, and delivering measurable outcomes. Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies is essential, along with the ability contribute to the evolution of project management practices within the organization. This is a hybrid role in our corporate headquarters in suburban Philadelphia (Colmar, PA) with the expectation to be onsite threedays per week. Primary Duties

#LI-EK1 The US base salary range for this full-time position is $115,300.00 to $171,500.00. This role is also eligible for a bonus. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will depend on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge and skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal pay equity. Compensation decisions are made based on the specific facts and circumstances of each role and candidate. As a Dorman US contributor, you (and eligible dependents, as applicable) will have access to medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid time off (sick/vacation), and Paid Parental Leave. U.S. employees are entitled to paid holidays, floating holidays, and paid time off starting in their first year of employment depending on hire date.
