Roles-Responsibilities:

  • To qualify, you must have IT-related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies listed below.
  • Attention to Detail - Is thorough when performing work and conscientious about attending to detail.

  • Leading a team in the execution of projects in the design, development and management of diverse large and complex hybrid IT systems and network environments to extend, optimize or enhance existing or new IT architecture(s)
  • Leading initiatives that support the appropriate utilization of security measures in the coordination and implementation of network security to protect data, software, and hardware.
  • Identifying, recommending, implementing, and managing approved solutions to address technical, security and operational requirements leveraging various cloud services
  • Managing complex projects to meet mission requirements leveraging their extensive technical background with existing or new technologies.
Required Skills:
  • Strategically manages warehouse in compliance with company's policies and vision for the warehouse locations. Adheres to all warehousing, handling, and shipping requirements. Manages inventory thru stock controls and reconciles with data storage system. Create workflows, assign tasks appropriately and analyze results. Manages, coaches, and motivates warehouse staff. Oversees receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations for a multi million-dollar inventory. Design, setup layouts and ensure efficient space utilization of warehouses and products. Initiate, coordinate, and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures. Develop reports and statistics regularly thru data base management systems. Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided.
  • Warehouse Manager Experience/Education Requirements
  • Industry experience in a warehouse or distribution center
  • Proven track record of delivering results and streamlining operations.
  • Ability to record and organize all necessary documentation for the implementation, maintenance, and effectiveness of the Quality Control Program
  • Warehouse Management System experience (Service Now/Sunflower Asset Management System (SAMS)
  • Experience with procurement and managing inventory levels, warehouse management, layouts, and optimization of space.
  • Strong decision making, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to communicate across all levels of an organization (verbal and written)
  • Prior Management experience overseeing a minimum of 10 or more employees.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • ITIL v3 certification or newer.
  • Minimum of 5 years of warehouse logistics experience with a bachelor's degree or 10 years warehouse logistics experience with an associate degree or certification in logistics.
  • Performing work that involves planning, coordinating, or evaluating the logistical actions required to support a specified mission or other designated program and the execution of these programs in support of day-to-day and disaster operations. Typical assignments include:
  • Providing advice and guidance on the execution of a wide range of logistics management.
  • Analyzing and evaluating complex problems and interrelated issues to develop positive solutions.
  • Coordinating with agency officials, customers, internal personnel, and external stakeholders to assure adequate logistics management program support.
  • Leads/manages multifunctional development projects in and applies analytical processes to plan, design, and support the implementation of new or improved business process solutions to meet business requirements of customer organizations.
  • Develops project plans and associated tasks, identifies resources requirements, and reports on progress, and ensure customer and management involvement throughout the process. Work is reviewed rarely, typically through reports and at project completion to ensure technical compliance and alignment with the requirements of the project or other work activity.
  • Warehouse Manager is responsible for closing and arming the system each evening at the end of the shift 5pm
  • Overseeing all areas of the warehouse department workflow.
  • Auditing for accuracy and compliance.
