Aon is looking for a Managing Director, Cyber Solutions

You will contribute to an industry-leading team by delivering effective and practical solutions designed to get results for our clients within Aon's global Commercial Risk business.

Job Responsibilities
  • Directly responsible for all aspects of Cyber Solutions in North America and collaborative responsibility for Cyber Solutions across EMEA, LatAm, and APAC.
  • Design, develop, and lead the implementation of Cyber initiatives to achieve growth objectives across all aspects of revenue globally.
  • Responsible for driving operational performance and growth of Cyber Solutions across our broking services globally.
  • Partner with other leaders to develop and set Cyber strategy within our Commercial Risk as well as Risk Capital proposition.
  • Collaborate with Aon Business Services on the development and expansion of CyQu and Cyber Risk Analyzer.
  • Discover opportunities and support colleagues with discovery of major opportunities, ensuring RFP responses are optimizing the full range of Aon capability and delivering a leading client solution.
  • Collaborate closely with clients around the world to understand their needs and the market.
  • Promote Aon's reputation for excellence in Cyber by taking part in marketing activities and campaigns, speaking at conferences, and producing thought-leadership articles.
Required Experience:
  • 10+ years of relevant professional experience within Cyber/E&O or equivalent insurance experience
  • Outstanding oral presentation skills and ability to clearly articulate sophisticated messages in written form
  • Strong developed relationships with senior leaders of cyber insurers
  • Strong leadership, project management, interpersonal, and relationship skills
  • Active execution in the development and maintenance of a productive sales and marketing culture
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree, or an equivalent amount of professional experience

Pay Transparency Laws:

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $227,400 - $325,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.

This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.

A summary of all the benefits offered for this position:
