Overview APPOINTMENT TYPE: Full-Time Regular LOCATION: Oak Ridge *SALARY RANGE: $23.44 - $32.60 PURPOSE: To perform a variety of complex and difficult records management functions in direct support of the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) Dose Reconstruction Program's major activities. This job requires proficiency in support of data capture activities, data entry and a variety of records management functions. Requires understanding of project priorities and specialized training in the Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act of 2000 (EEOICPA), the Privacy Act, and proprietary databases. Responsibilities
Provides records management support for the Project's data capture activities. Travels to provide data capture support by scanning/filing/tracking/reporting of selected information prior to, during and following data capture trips. Provides scanning support (setting up, trouble-shooting problems, scanning, etc.) for documents retrieved during data capture activities. Follows Project policies and procedures to ensure proper capture and tracking of documents
Qualifications High school diploma and 4-6 years of job related experience. Higher level education above minimum may count for additional experience.
