Our mission is to SAVE AND IMPROVE LIVES BY EMPOWERING HEALTHCARE CONSUMERS. Come be part of remarkable.

Overview

How you can make a difference

The People Program Manager is the operational backbone that keeps the entire People team running with clarity and visibility. Reporting directly to the VP, People Experience, in their capacity as Chief of Staff to the Chief People Officer, this role serves as the eyes and ears across all People team programs and initiatives. The scope spans every function within the People organization. This role does not own or run these programs; it tracks statuses, surfaces risks, synthesizes information, and ensures that the right people always have a clear and accurate picture of what is happening and where things stand.

What you'll be doing

Own and maintain the People organization's centralized project and program portfolio in Monday.com.
  • Proactively reach out to program owners and functional leads across the People team to gather and verify current statuses, milestones, and upcoming activities - without waiting to be updated.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date dashboards and views tailored to different audiences, including the HR leadership team and the CPO.
  • Flag risks, delays, and blockers to the VP, People Experience with enough lead time to act on them.
  • Identify when information is incomplete or unclear and take initiative to find the answer - whether that means researching independently, locating the right subject matter expert, or following up persistently until resolved.
  • Develop and own recurring reporting cadences that keep the People organization informed on priorities, progress, and upcoming milestones.
  • Build polished, executive-ready PowerPoint presentations for HR leadership reviews, all-hands communications, CPO briefings, and other internal forums - translating data and insights into a clear, compelling narrative.
  • Distill complex, multi-workstream information into concise, digestible summaries tailored to different audiences and communication formats.
  • Serve as the consistent point of contact for People team project status inquiries coming from across the organization.
  • Partner with the People Analytics team, which owns Power BI reporting, workforce data modeling, and quantitative analysis, to incorporate relevant data points into visibility materials without duplicating analytical work.
  • Support the VP, People Experience in preparing materials, tracking follow-ups, and managing action items from HR leadership and CPO meetings.
  • Build trusted working relationships with program owners and functional leads across the People team to stay apprised of what is happening across all functions.
  • Contribute to the development of project management templates, norms, and tools that make it easier for the People team to report consistently.

What you will need to be successful

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field preferred
  • 3-6 years of experience in project coordination, program management, HR operations, or a related field
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Monday.com or a comparable project management platform (Asana, Smartsheet, etc.)
  • Strong PowerPoint skills with proven ability to build clean, executive-quality presentations that tell a clear and accurate story
  • Working proficiency in Excel for organizing data, building trackers, and creating pivot tables and formulas - not deep statistical modeling
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage many moving pieces simultaneously, maintain accuracy, and close every open loop
  • Natural follow-through instinct: proactively chases answers, follows up without being asked, and keeps stakeholders informed without requiring direction
  • Resourceful and self-directed - when something is unclear or unavailable, takes the initiative to research it, find who knows, and follow up until it is resolved
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to summarize complex information clearly for different audiences
  • Ability to thrive in a fully remote environment with a high degree of autonomy, self-direction, and proactive communication
