This positions works under close supervision with the department Supervisor and Settlement Services Manager to ensure the daily operations of deposit account maintenance, member support and compliance requirements of deposit and IRA accounts are accurately completed

    Minimum Qualifications: (Education, Licensure, Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

    Education:

    • High School diploma or equivalent is required

    • Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred

    Licensure / Certifications:

    Experience:

    • 0-1 years of experience working in a financial institution preferred

    • Back Office Banking Operations experience preferred

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    • Experience in data entry and analytics

    • Basic Accounting and IRA processing skills

    • Member Service Centric and empathetic to Member needs

    • Demonstrates ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks simultaneously

    • Strong organization and time management skills

    • Preferred experience in deposit compliance, legal, deceased, IRA operations and IRS processing.

    • Conveys ideas efficiently in both written and verbal communications.

    • Consistently demonstrated ownership and accountability

    • Critical thinking and decision making skills

    • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Software

    • Easily adapts to change

    • Ability to perform job functions accurately and with strong attention to detail

    • Ability to work extended hours

    • Demonstrates ability to handle and maintain confidential information in a sensitive manner
