Experience in data entry and analytics
Basic Accounting and IRA processing skills
Member Service Centric and empathetic to Member needs
Demonstrates ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong organization and time management skills
Preferred experience in deposit compliance, legal, deceased, IRA operations and IRS processing.
Conveys ideas efficiently in both written and verbal communications.
Consistently demonstrated ownership and accountability
Critical thinking and decision making skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Software
Easily adapts to change
Ability to perform job functions accurately and with strong attention to detail
Ability to work extended hours
Demonstrates ability to handle and maintain confidential information in a sensitive manner
