About the Role

In this role, you'll be a key player in keeping our production environment operating at its best. You'll work closely with our Maintenance Manager, Lead, and Shift Supervisors to ensure equipment is reliable, safe, and ready to support our team's success.

Your responsibilities will include:



  • Responding quickly and confidently to maintenance calls and troubleshooting equipment issues
  • Repairing and replacing machinery and components with care, precision, and safety in mind
  • Performing preventative maintenance and documenting your work clearly
  • Handling start-up and shutdown procedures, including energizing and de-energizing equipment
  • Tackling bench repairs, fabrication projects, and occasional building or facility work
  • Using power tools, hand tools, welding and cutting equipment, and aerial lifts
  • Keeping your workspace clean, organized, and safe
  • Following all plant, food safety, and sanitation guidelines
  • Reporting unsafe conditions and helping maintain a culture of safety and respect

Required qualifications include:



  • Four years of technical school or equivalent experience
  • Strong PLC and electrical knowledge
  • Solid background in manufacturing maintenance
  • Willingness to take the Bennett Mechanical Comprehension Test
  • Ability to attend and travel to technical training as needed.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis. The company will not sponsor employment visas now or in the future
  • Applicants must be able to read, write, speak, and comprehend English at a level necessary to perform the essential duties of the position.


Physical & Environmental Expectations:



  • Comfortable working in changing conditions-damp, noisy, warm, cool, indoors, and outdoors
  • Able to lift 50 pounds regularly
  • Adaptable to shifting workloads and available for emergency call-ins
