Join us as a Project Manager Engineering MOD Your main responsibilities
The Project Manager, Engineering MOD is responsible for the daily management of a team of 6-8 in the fulfillment of Modernization engineering. The position will engage and remain a link throughout the project life cycle, driving project execution and delivery in the areas of mechanical, electrical, layout, and project management. * Workload Management: Lead the transition of projects from sales into engineering for assigned projects. Manage workload capacity analysis and assignment for active project backlog and new sales. * Deliverable Management: Responsible for the on-time performance of assigned engineering deliverables (layouts, submittals, material release, timely receipt of change orders). Drive KPIs to validate performance and drive improvement. * Customer Management: Single point of contact between field operations and engineering for assigned projects. Meet and exceed Service Level Agreement requirements. * Employee Engagement: Provide training, coaching, and mentoring in processes, tools, and documentation in support of daily operations. Foster a culture of communication and development in support of future career trajectory. Base Salary $113,400 - $125,100 The above represents the typical salary range for this position. Revisions to the range may be considered based on your experience, education, location, demonstrated skills, and alignment with business priorities. Please note that the compensation listed reflects only base salary and does not include variable incentives or benefits. This position is eligible for an annual bonus based on performance.
