Job Description:
Job Summary
Manages equipment and facilities preventive inspection and control procedures for Facilities Maintenance. Develops, controls, and implements Facilities Maintenance records and reports. Works with Engineering to develop MWI's where needed. Lead weekly PM & MWI meetings.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and operations teams to drive reliability improvements while maintaining and updating equipment history and reliability data in SAP. 25%
- Serve as back-up Administrator to monitor Credit Card Activities and requests and controls special funds. Establishes an audit trail, inspects and generates the work authority to correct deficiencies. 5%
- Performs analytical tasks involving the collection, organization, and cataloging of detailed data to prepare reports, control charts, and statistics-such as, but not limited to, Downtime and Preventative Maintenance Analysis reports. 25%
- Prepares or assists with the preparation of the Maintenance budgeting and planning, Business Continuity & Recovery Plan, Evacuation Plans, etc. 20%
- Identify, procure, and organize critical spare parts across the main warehouse and satellite locations to ensure optimal utilization while minimizing inventory costs. 15%
- May participate in audits, inspections and regulatory reporting as needed. Maintains general policies, records and reports in accordance with government and Company procedures. 10%

- Possesses effective oral and written communication skills.
- Computer Literacy to include but not limited to Word, Excel, and Power Point. Knowledge of SAP is a plus.

Minimum Qualifications
- Associate's Degree (AA) Required
- 3+ years experience in maintenance, reliability, or asset management. Required
- experience as a Planner Analyst and/or Maintenance Supervisor. Preferred
