SR. CUSTOMER INTEGRITY & THREAT DETECTION ANALYST (STARLINK)

We are looking for an experienced professional to detect, disrupt,and investigate potential misuse of the service-including proactively combating and deterring illicit operators. Thispersonmust strike the careful balance of safeguarding customer information and privacy while applying enforcement measures and executing with an even-handed approach, avoiding overreach and disproportionate collateral impacts.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Proactivelyidentifyand assess platform integrity and abuse risks
• Developtechnical detection andmitigation strategies
• React to investigate potential issues such asscams, fraud, and illicit goods/activities
• Partner with cross-functional teamsanddeepen our relationships with them
• Conduct periodic reviews to support legal and compliance obligations
• Execute with consideration for customer privacy, targeting activities of indisputable harm and avoiding overreach

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degreeand4+ years of professional experience in global affairs, intelligence, or investigations;OR 6+ yearsof professional experience in global affairs, intelligence, or investigations in lieu of a degree
• 4+ years of experience with data querying languages (e.g., SQL), scripting languages (e.g., Python),geospatial tools (e.g., ArcGIS),and/or statistical software (e.g., R)
• 4+ years of experience investigating, mitigating, or dealing with illicit operators (e.g., fraud, abuse,cybersecurity,orotherillicit activities)

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Strong analytical research and communication skills, including excellent written and oral communication skills
• International professionalexposure(e.g., working abroad or on global initiatives/businesses)
• Experience in cybersecurity operations, threat detection, or vulnerability assessment in high-stakes environments
• Experience with research and intelligence analytic techniques, including open-source intelligence (OSINT) data techniques
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment in a fast-paced, high-tech environment
• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
• Familiarity with U.S. and international economic sanctions and export control laws and regulations
• Active Top Secret orTop SecretSCI clearanceor willing to pursue an Active Top Secret orTop SecretSCI clearancepreferred

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to travel as needed for business (15%)
• This position is based in Bastrop, TX and requires being onsite-remote work not considered
• Must be able to work extended hours and weekends as needed
