High Turbine Technologies (HTT) is a joint venture between Chromalloy (75%) and FTAI Aviation (25%), created to commercialize and distribute FAAapproved PMA turbine blades and vanes for the CFM56 engine platform. The HTT portfolio represents one of the most valuable and strategically important PMA franchises in the global commercial aerospace aftermarket. As demand accelerates and the business scales, HTT is creating a Managing Director role to provide dedicated leadership, full P&L ownership, and disciplined execution across a highvalue, supplyconstrained product portfolio. HTT operates in an environment where disciplined allocation, execution rigor, and cash management are the primary drivers of value. The Role The Managing Director, HTT is the singlepoint owner of the HTT P&L. This leader operates as a true general manager - accountable for financial performance, cash generation, and business execution - while working within an enterprise pricing and manufacturing framework managed at the Chromalloy level. This is a foundational leadership role with high visibility, designed for a senior P&L leader who thrives in complex, partnerbased environments and knows how to drive results through influence, discipline, and excellent judgment. Chromalloy is a longestablished global leader in aerospace engine aftermarket solutions, known for deep technical capability, FAAapproved PMA innovation, and trusted relationships with the world's leading airlines, MROs, and asset owners. The company is actively investing in next generation PMA platforms and expanding its role in the global aftermarket. HTT, Chromalloy's joint venture with FTAI Aviation, sits at the center of that strategy. The business owns one of the most valuable PMA portfolios in the CFM56 ecosystem - a platform with a massive installed base and long remaining service life. Demand is strong and execution matters. This role is ideal for a senior leader who enjoys owning outcomes, navigating complexity, and operating with accountability - while still being part of a strong, wellcapitalized aerospace organization. The salary range for this position reflects a broad spectrum of experience levels. Individual compensation within the range is determined by multiple factors, including relevant experience, education, certifications, job related skills, internal equity, and market conditions.
