Introduction to the Job ASML Wilton is seeking a highly-motivated Senior EH&S Specialist who will provide technical assistance in the development and implementation of Workplace Health & Safety Programs. The Sr. EH&S Specialists will play a key role in maintaining compliance, the incident reporting and analysis process and work closely with supervisors and engineers to develop and implement corrective actions preventing recurrence. Responsibilities EHS Program Execution & Operations Support
  • Serve as the primary EHS point of contact for assigned EUV factory areas, equipment, and processes, potential to support other areas as business needs arise
  • Provide daily EHS support to operations, including floor presence, risk identification, and realtime issue resolution.
  • Support new equipment installation, upgrades, and process changes, ensuring EHS requirements are reviewed and implemented prior to startup.
  • Actively participate in Management of Change (MOC) and equipment safety reviews for EUV tools and infrastructure.
  • Actively review new Work Instructions and Procedures as new products and processes are introduced to the manufacturing floor.
Risk Assessment & Incident Management
  • Lead and support hazard identification and risk assessments (e.g., JSA/JHA, taskbased risk reviews, ergonomic assessments).
  • Support the investigation of EHS incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions; perform root cause analysis and define effective corrective actions.
  • Track and verify completion and effectiveness of corrective actions related to incidents, audits, and inspections.
  • Use incident and observation data to identify trends and leading indicators relevant to EUV operations.
Compliance & Regulatory Support
  • Ensure compliance with applicable OSHA, EPA, NFPA, state, and local requirements, as well as ASML corporate EHS standards.
  • Conduct and support internal EHS inspections, audits, and selfassessments within EUV areas.
  • Support regulatory inspections and internal audits, including preparation of documentation and followup actions.
Training, Coaching & Safety Culture
  • Deliver and support EHS training for employees and contractors in line with business needs.
  • Coach engineers, supervisors, and technicians on safe work practices and riskbased decision making.
  • Promote a strong safety culture by engaging employees in proactive EHS activities, observations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Serve as a role model for EHS behaviors on the factory floor.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
  • Partner with operations, engineering, facilities, and project teams to embed EHS into daily work.
  • Support site and sector EHS initiatives, campaigns, and improvement projects.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of EHS procedures, standards, and tools.
  • Prepare routine EHS reports, metrics, and presentations for stakeholders as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety or a related field preferred, candidates with extensive experience in lieu of a degree will be considered.
  • 3+ years of EHS experience, manufacturing experience preferred
  • Knowledge of EHS programs and principals
  • Experience with incident investigation, root cause analysis and corrective action management.
  • Track record of successful stakeholder management
  • Familiarity with risk assessment tools, Job Safety Analysis, and work permitting.
  • Ability to interpret and apply EHS requirements to manufacturing operations.
  • Collaborates in a positive and efficient manner.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to influence and coach at multiple organizational levels.
  • Practical, solution-oriented mindset

Additional Skills:

  • Experience with Crane and Heist
  • Experience with Power Trucks -Training
  • Electrical Safety experience

Additional Responsibilities:

There is potential for exposure to strong magnetic fields, high voltage and currents.

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. * 730, et seq.).
