What You'll Do

As a Direct Care Worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting residents' daily lives while promoting independence, dignity, and safety.

Key responsibilities include:

• Provide hands-on support with daily living activities

• Assist with developmental training and active treatment programs

• Monitor resident health, safety, and overall well-being

• Build positive, respectful relationships with residents

• Support nursing staff with non-clinical care needs

• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions

• Previous experience in a customer service or caregiving role preferred
