DaVita is looking for an Experienced Dialysis Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Nocturnal coverage to serve our patients at our Middleburg Heights Dialysis Center in Middleburg Heights, OH.

Experience in Dialysis Required for Nocturnal LPN !

What does the LPN/LVN role entail?:

• Schedule: Sun/Tues/Thurs 3:00 pm - 11:00pm or 4:00pm - 12:00am (approximate scheduling need, may vary dependent on patient census) - may have to pick up shifts to maintain full-time hours until census grows for nocturnal program.

• Coverage would include care of approximately 10 patients total - currently we have 1 RN and 1 Dialysis Tech, looking to add an LPN to the nocturnal team.

• You must have experience in dialysis already. We can provide training if you are not experienced through DaVita specifically.

Requirements:

• You are reliable (attendance and punctuality are crucial), have a desire to help people, are looking for a career with a company you can grow with, are comfortable with the nocturnal shift, and love making a difference.

• What does a successful LPN/LVN look like?

• Minimum of 1 year hospital or clinical experience

• High School Diploma (HSD) or GED with a current LPN-LVN license in the state you are applying

• Current CPR certification, IV certification required if required by state regulations.

• Experience required can include: BONENT Certified, Certified Hemodialysis Technician (CHT).
