Pay range:



$24.90/ hr + $1.75 Shift Differential

About the Role

In this role, you'll work closely with management to coordinate people and equipment so our warehouse runs efficiently and costeffectively. You'll be a handson leader who supports the team, maintains high standards, and helps us meet our goals as a department and company.

Your responsibilities will include:



  • Learning and performing all warehouse jobs with confidence
  • Supporting daily warehouse operations and shipping coordination
  • Using JDE 9.1 and other computer tools for data entry and tracking
  • Operating a forklift safely (certification required)
  • Training, guiding, and supporting warehouse team members
  • Ensuring work is completed safely, accurately, and on schedule
  • Monitoring performance and helping team members grow
  • Maintaining inventory accuracy, including physical counts
  • Keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with all safety, food safety, and sanitation standards (FSMA, HACCP, HARPC, GMP)
  • Completing additional tasks as assigned by supervisors or the Warehouse Manager
  • Attending offsite supervisory training when needed.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who enjoys leading by example and creating a positive environment where people can do their best work. You'll be a great fit if you have:



  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Natural leadership and organizational abilities
  • Forklift experience and certification
  • The ability to lift up to 25 lbs frequently and 40 lbs occasionally
  • Comfort with physical activity, including climbing stairs, reaching overhead, bending, and twisting
  • The ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods
  • Flexibility to work overtime when needed (up to 60 hours/week.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis. The company will not sponsor employment visas now or in the future
  • Applicants must be able to read, write, speak, and comprehend English at a level necessary to perform the essential duties of the position.
