What You'll Need to Get Rolling: Age Requirements: 23+ years of age. Valid and current: Valid Class A CDL license + DOT Medical Card. Clean MVR: Registered with FMCSA Clearinghouse and able to pass pre-employment screenings. Safe and steady: No more than 3 total violations or accidents in the past 3 years. Experienced behind the wheel: At least 1 year of CDL driving under your belt (within the past 3 years). Know your stuff: Solid understanding of DOT regs, pre/post-trip checks, and safety rules. Adaptability: Able to lift (up to) 50 lbs. and handle freight when needed. All-in attitude: Show up on time, play it safe, and take pride in doing it right.
