Warehouse Operator

A Day in the Life:

The Warehouse Operator with CDL is responsible for moving products and materials and verifying the physical accuracy of the shipping and receiving function.

Position Details:

Monday through Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pm

Pay: $29.32 an hour

What You'll Be Doing:

• Load and unload materials or products to transport to warehouse
• Move trailers on company property and between warehouses
• Adhere to SQF and GMP principles
• Operate forklift and move trailers for production needs
• Receive and maintain packaging inventories
• Have a strong working knowledge of safety procedures and environmental regulations
• Demonstrate safe working practices and have the ability to notify operations of safety alarms
• Record all applicable documentation
• Perform housekeeping and cleaning duties
• Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• CDL
• Forklift experience
• Basic written and verbal communication skills
• Basic computer skills, including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, and the ability to work with computerized control systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a safety conscious environment
• Ability to work in a highly quality controlled environment, and in all weather conditions
• Experience with equipment operations, grain operations, and safety programs

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of warehouse experience
