Description

This is a part-time, onsite position based in Gaithersburg, MD from 6/2/2026-8/6/2026. The role requires 24 hours per week, 3 days per week. Candidates requiring relocation will not be considered for the position.

Your Role:

As an intern with the Miltenyi Biotec team, you will have the opportunity to support the Facilities Engineering team by conducting administrative tasks such as scanning of Calibration, maintenance and validation documents into the Equipment Management Software, file facilities documentation, assist in tagging equipment in the manufacturing suites and help with the archiving and sorting of documentation. This position will allow you to interact with many different departments and individuals within the company. You will be working closely with Facilities, Manufacturing and Validation teams you will learn about the onboarding of a manufacturing facility and the day-to-day operations of Facility Maintenance. Overall, your particular skillset and efforts will drive Miltenyi Biotec's continuing business success.

Requirements:



  • Currentlypossess or are working to acquire an associate degree or bachelor's in engineering or life sciences.
  • Ability to operate a computer with Windows operating system, Outlook email, internet, and basic MS Office products.

Work Environment:

This job is performed in a temperature controlled, handicap-accessible facility without exposure to extreme hot or cold temperatures. Generally, this job is performed in an office environment.

The anticipated base salary range has been established at $25.00/per hour. The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialization, skills, abilities, and training. The above salary range represents the Company's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. In addition to your salary, the Company offers a comprehensive benefits package including health, vision, and dental insurance, plus a 401(k) plan. All benefits are subject to eligibility requirements. Certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses or commissions.
