This role is open to both experienced LPNs and new graduate nurses seeking a supportive, teamoriented environment with strong clinical exposure and opportunities for growth. Our Med/Surg units care for diverse patient populations and offer collaborative teamwork, schedule flexibility, and a strong foundation for continued skill development, while supporting worklife balance. LPNs play a vital role in supporting patient safety, performing assessments and skills within scope, documenting care, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team. This role offers a strong foundation for LPNs who enjoy variety, teamwork, and hands-on patient care in a fastpaced inpatient environment. Whether you're a new graduate LPN or an experienced LPN, our team will work with you to match your skills, interests, and career goals to the right unit. Available Units Include: Inpatient Med/Surg - Broad medical diagnoses; ideal for building core Med/Surg skills Med Surg 5E & 5W - Diverse adult medical patients with a focus on assessments, teamwork, and care coordination General Surgery 3W - Postoperative care including abdominal, bariatric, and surgical recovery patients Medical 7E - Med/Surg patients requiring cardiac monitoring and fastpaced acute care Medical 7W - Acute medical management with strong emphasis on prioritization and patient care efficiency Neurology 8E - Care for stroke, seizure, and neurological patients with interdisciplinary support Orthopedics - Postoperative joint replacement, spine, and orthopedic recovery Oncology 8W - Compassionate care for cancer treatment, symptom management, and endoflife care ???? Required Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program Active LPN license in Missouri or a compact state Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (or obtained within 30 days of hire) Preferred Qualifications Prior hospital or acutecare experience Additional certifications related to the specialty area New graduate LPNs are encouraged to apply.
