Principal Product Manager, Firefly Agents

The Opportunity

This role is a unique chance to lead Adobe's unified creative agentic solution, with Firefly (FF) at the core. FF will become the central platform, unifying generative and assistive AI experiences across web, mobile, and desktop, and delivering cohesive creative workflows for creators and business professionals. You'll drive this vision with a Product-Led Growth (PLG) perspective, focusing on experimentation, iterative launches, and new industry growth loops. Success requires technical expertise in agentic harness architectures, an ability to build trust and deliver reliable, transparent agentic solutions, and strong collaboration and influence across multiple teams. As Principal Product Manager, you will define what "Firefly for Creativity" and "Firefly for Productivity" mean through innovative, trustworthy agentic experiences. Join Us!

What you'll do

* Identify and build essential creative workflows based on qualitative and quantitative research to drive customer and Adobe success in Agentic conversational experiences; use these insights to prioritize requirements for Adobe's unified Agentic harness.

o Clearly define the problems FF Agent addresses, the target users, and

the reasons behind its solutions.

o Develop and maintain the FF Agents roadmap, outlining key

capabilities and tools.

o Collaborate with AIP leads to define requirements for Harness,

Memory, CHS, Prompt Architecture, and Evals/Telemetry.

* Work closely with engineering, AI research, design, user research, and platform teams to deliver a unified and scalable agentic experience, starting with FF Agentic on the FF platform.

* Accelerate product development through prototyping, experimentation, and ongoing engagement with creators, designers, and creative teams.

* Communicate the product vision internally and externally, gathering feedback from creators, enterprise customers, and partners to inform product direction.

What you'll need to succeed

* 8 or more years of product management experience, including leadership of multiuser products

* A deep understanding of AI models, AI image and video workflows, and a passion for creative solutions

* Proven experience building tools for creative professionals

* Demonstrated ability to take ambiguous creative workflows and research and turn them into successful, clear, shipped products.

* Strong product judgment across UX, collaboration models, and scalable platform design with ability to reason, prioritize and influence teams with quick-decisions that move the team forward

* A builder's mentality, comfortable with ambiguity, fast iteration, and learning through shipping.

* Strong communication and collaboration skills and ability to align leaders and cross functional partners around a clear product narrative.

* Experience with AI powered creative tools or collaborative platforms is a strong plus.

Expected Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $148,100 -- $282,100 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
In California, the pay range for this position is $194,800 - $282,100

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
