Transfer Site Laborer

Location: 563 N White Cedar Rd, Sanford, FL 32771

Pay: $18-$20/hr + Overtime Available

Schedule: Monday - Friday | Occasional Saturdays
Full-Time | Outdoor Work

Waste Connections is seeking dependable, safetyfocused Transfer Site Laborers to join our Sanford Transfer Site team. If you're looking for steady work, strong pay, and longterm career growth in a stable industry-we want to hear from you.

• Direct truck traffic entering and exiting the transfer site
• Perform general labor duties, including litter pickup and site cleanup
• Sort materials at the transfer site as required
• Maintain site grounds (weed cutting, yard work, etc.)
• Install temporary wind fencing and assist with site safety measures
• Support basic facility maintenance (painting, janitorial tasks)
• Promote a safe work environment and strictly follow safety protocols
• Interact professionally with customers and team members
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions

• 1+ year of stable work experience in a laborintensive or outdoor role
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Safetyfocused with a strong work ethic
• Reliable, teamoriented, and detaildriven
