• Experience troubleshooting Palo Alto
• Familiarity with Palo Alto EDR/XDR solutions.
• strong understanding of Palo Alto technologies is essential for this role, particularly with Firewalls, Cortex EDR/XDR, and Global Protect.
• Palo Alto certifications will be highly valued.
