Logistics Analyst

Performance Health is looking for energetic, collaborative team members to join our team in Indianapolis. Bring your ideas, solutions and desire to serve customers to our growing Distribution team.

The Logistics Analyst will assist the Logistics Specialist with daily logistics, admin duties and projects as needed.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Create and update SOPs and placards for items
• Investigate SDS and MDS to verify and update skus
• Log quality data for all departments
• Use VBA, Macros and formulas for data and reporting
• Administration of productivity and quality tracking
• Miscellaneous reports, cycle counting, and responding to email correspondence as needed
• Evaluate processes, utilize data and Lean Six Sigma methodologies
• Miscellaneous reports, cycle counting, and responding to email correspondence as needed
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment and perform duties of Material Handler and Shipping Clerk as needed
• Performs other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications

• Associate's degree from an accredited college or university; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to operate Windows package: Word, Excel, Access, Outlook and system packages such as Manhattan and NetSuite
• Previous experience supporting logistics in a coordinator or analyst role
