USC Department of Anesthesiology, Program of Nurse Anesthesia is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Program Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of a dynamic graduate-level program. This individual will play a key role in coordinating administrative functions, supporting student clinical scheduling, and ensuring efficient program operations in collaboration with faculty and staff. This position is hybrid on-site and employee must report to work at the USC Health Science Campus in Los Angeles, CA when scheduled. Work hours and on-site days may be subject to change depending on business needs. The hourly rate range for this position is$26.75 - $28.85. This position reports to the Program Director and/or Assistant Program Director and works closely with program faculty, staff, and students.
