• 3+ years of safety experience inconstruction, crane, heavy equipment, or industrial operations
• Strong knowledge ofOSHA standards and crane safety regulations
• Experience withincident investigations and safety reporting
• Familiarity withlift plans, rigging, and critical lift procedures
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and safety documentation systems
• Ability to work in field environments and travel to job sites as needed

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular jobsite safety inspections, audits, and hazard assessments
• Ensure compliance withOSHA, DOT, ANSI, and company safety policies
• Monitor crane operations to ensure safe lifting procedures and proper use of equipment
• Review and supportcritical lift plans, rigging procedures, and lift path safety
• Leaddaily toolbox talks, safety meetings, and pre-job briefings
• Investigate accidents, incidents, near misses, and property damage events
• Complete detailedincident reports and root cause analyses
• Develop and implement corrective action plans to prevent recurrence
• Train employees on workplace safety policies, PPE, fall protection, lockout/tagout, and crane safety procedures
